Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling
Clients can reschedule their appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur additional charges.

Liability and Warranty

Limitation of Liability
Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.
Warranty
We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.
Client Responsibilities

Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises where the services are to be performed. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

Permits and Approvals

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work to be performed.
