I. Introduction

Welcome to Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services Warranty Agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions under which provides warranty coverage for handyman services performed for our valued customers. By hiring our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this warranty agreement.

II. Coverage Period

The warranty coverage provided by for the handyman services is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of completion of the services. 

III. Coverage Details

We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.. Any issues arising from the original service will be addressed promptly by Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services.

IV. Limitation of Liability

Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modifications to the services provided under this warranty. Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services reserves the right to determine the extent of coverage and the appropriate course of action for any warranty claims.

V. Claim Process

VI. Owner's Responsibilities

As the owner of the property where the handyman services were performed, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the services provided under this warranty. Any neglect or misuse of the services may void the warranty coverage provided by Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services.

VII. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the property where the services were performed. Any attempt to transfer the warranty to another party without the consent of Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Serviceswill result in the voiding of the warranty coverage.

VIII. Governing Law

This warranty agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nebraska. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state.

IX. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services and the customer regarding the warranty coverage, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration may be pursued as outlined in the Governing Law section.

X. Miscellaneous Terms

Any modifications or waivers to this warranty agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement represents the entire understanding between Awl The Smawl Things Handyman Services and the customer regarding the warranty coverage for handyman services.
